Happy Customers

  • "Thank you very much! It wasn't untill a fire actually got a little out of control I realised how un-prepared we were in the event of a fire. Universal Fire Protection was able to come in and inform us of correct emergency procedures and put new extinguishers and alarms in place.

Thanks again for all of your work and we will have no trouble recommending you to other businesses.

Maintenance - Fire Maintenance

Fire Safety Equipment Maintenance

All fire equipment requires inspection and testing and this is often a regulatory requirement.

The performance of a fire protection system depends not only on the quality of the product, but in the quality of its maintenance program.

All fire equipment must be maintained in accordance with  Australian standards. and the new Australian Standard AS1851-2012 has been released.

The Standard has undergone a comprehensive review to increase the scope and ease of application across new and existing building and infrastructure while also incorporating technical improvements.

AS1851-2012 is promoted by Fire Protection Association of Australia as the most appropriate Standard for routine servicing of fire protection systems and equipment nationally.

Universal Fire Protection has incorporated this maintenance standard into its routine servicing with minimal to no disruption to our clients.

In some cases, our clients are paying less for their fire protection requirements due to more efficient testing schedules.
For a free consultation, please feel free to contact us and we will happily advise you where you may be able to save some money whilst not effecting the performance or reliability of your systems.

Minimal disruption

Our technicians are trained to diagnose faults and reinstate systems as quickly as possible with the least amount of disruption. Our commitment to technical research and development enables our specialist technicians to keep up to date with a wide range of the latest technologies.

For any equipment to perform at maximum efficiency, particularly in an emergency, it must be meticulously serviced and tested at regular intervals to ensure it works if and when you might need it.
